Avalon Valley Wins Residential Development of the Year at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2026

We're proud to share that Avalon Valley has won Residential Development of the Year at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2026.

For over a decade, we've been building a particular kind of Mediterranean home in Paphos and Limassol - one shaped by concrete, marble and wood rather than ornament, where the architecture speaks quietly and the landscape is never an afterthought. With more than 200 villas and apartments delivered across both cities, we've built our name on a simple idea: a home should hold its value as well as its silence.

Avalon Valley reflects that philosophy in full. Courtyards planted with trees sit alongside reflecting pools and brick screens that filter light through the day; interiors open generously onto the outdoors, in keeping with a site plan designed around natural ventilation and energy efficiency rather than added onto it. It sits alongside projects such as Avalon Gardens, Hillcrest and Oasis Residences in a portfolio we're genuinely proud of; each project a considered, design-led response to its site.
