Three Five-Star Awards at the European Property Awards

For the ninth consecutive year, Island Blue has been recognized at the European Property Awards 2026–2027, held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. This year marks a particularly significant achievement for us, with all three of our entered projects receiving Five-Star Awards.

Each project received the highest distinction in its respective category:

• Tala Villa – Architecture Single Residence

• Sapphire – Residential Development 10–19 Units

• Avalon Valley – Residential Development 20+ Units

This achievement is even more meaningful as all three projects have also progressed to the next stage of the awards, receiving nominations for Best in Europe in their respective categories.
